Our office fitout services cover reconfigurations, construction and demolition, with the required trades brought together as part of the project.
We work with reputable subcontractors for joinery, carpentry, painting and carpet removal and installation. We also coordinate with your electrical, fire and plumbing contractors, planning the order of work so trades can work efficiently without getting in each other’s way.
Because we also manage workstation installation and office relocations, the fitout and move can be handled by the same team rather than being split between multiple suppliers.

Can you do the fitout and the move or just one?
Yes. We can manage both. Having the same team handle the construction work, workstation installation and relocation means there is one point of contact throughout the project, rather than having separate suppliers coordinate between themselves when the schedule changes.
Which trades do you bring in?
We work with reputable subcontractors for joinery, carpentry, painting, and carpet removal and installation. We can also coordinate alongside your electrical, fire and plumbing contractors to keep the trades properly sequenced.
Do you handle demolition as well as construction?
Yes. Office reconfigurations often require existing elements to be removed before the new fitout can begin, so demolition and removal of the old fitout can form part of the work.
Can the office keep operating during a fitout?
Often, yes. Where practical, we can stage the work so one part of the office is being worked on while other areas remain in use. We coordinate the sequence with your project manager and can schedule noisier work around staff still working in the building.
Can you reuse our existing furniture in the new layout?
In many cases, yes. Existing workstations can be dismantled and reassembled in a different configuration to suit the new floor plan. Screens can also be re-upholstered to match a new colour scheme, while furniture that is no longer required can be resold or recycled.
When should we bring you in?
Ideally, as early as the tendering stage. Getting involved early allows us to coordinate the fitout and relocation together and continue working with you through to project completion, rather than adding the move as a separate task at the end.
